Give us our share in the Sun by your mental power and aids,

Through your mental power and aid, let us see the Sun long,

Well-armed Soma, pour a stream of double wealth to us,
And make us better than we are.
As one victorious, unyielding in battle, pour forth wealth to us,
And make us better than we are.
By worship, Pavamana! Let men strengthen you to uphold the Law,

O Indu, bring us wealth in horses, manifold, quickening all life,
And make us better than we are.
