1

Whoever remembers Pūṣan as the driver of mixed curds and grains, need not think any more about the God.

2

And he is the best charioteer. Indra, the lord of heroes, allies with him as a friend, overcomes enemies.

3

And there, the best charioteer guides through the speckled cloud Sūra’s golden chariot’s wheel.

4

Whatever we speak today to you, Wise, Wonderous God praised by many, grant fulfillment of our thoughts.

5

Lead this group of ours, eager for cows, to win the spoils; you, Pūṣan, are renowned far and wide.

6

We seek prosperity from you, far from sin and close to wealth, leading to perfect happiness both for tomorrow and today.
